We can start from learning how to peacefully coexist with each other and the rest of Nature, however, based on Nature's Golden Rule - every living form is unique - it is "a thing in itself", as great Kant has put it. The world is endless and you have a great chance to find your own "space", without no-go arguments, bloody fights and wars. Before its crash Las Vegas housing market was far from reaching \"Bubbled\" prices. As a matter of fact LV prices were at least twice less than in LA, San Fransisco or New York. From the moronically reduced price-tags, after they fell so low that they even cannot cover the recent cost of the building materials from which these good homes are built, the Las Vegas market has a grand chance to recover.... as soon as remaining on the market homeowners understand how lucky they are to have all the rights of taking control over their own properties and price them based on their real values. This is absolutely right - NO ONE, no lender, no appraiser, no broker or \"expert\" has any legal rights to control or manipulate HOMEOWNERS RIGHTS and their home values. Only homeowners themselves have the rights to name the prices for their own properties. STOP BLOWING UP THE HOUSING INVESTMENT in Las Vegas for NO REAL REASON!!
