We, as consumers, have been asleep for a long time and let these things go toooo far – we are now completely manipulated, including the fact that a contemporary infrastructure is always designed to serve Big Oil transportation system, concentrating stores and businesses in big malls – where consumers are, like little ants, get into their traps. Small Sustainable communities must grow, and they can be combined with the main road system – that would SERVE these communities – not control them. Sorry, Yes, it will take time.

But I’m sure we can start changing our habits right away. I have started already. I have my luxurious Mercedes Benz, mmm, a very clever machine, but works on gas. I’ve changed my old habits and I now think — before I jump to drive some places. As the result I have been using TWICE less gas and save a ton of time on not-driving a lot… if we decrease the usage of oil products at least 2x that would be a cracking message to the “Big” industry and their players. We have to show that they are not that big without our artificially “created” “demand”, and we, consumers, can start crashing them without any fights. The Big Oil is scared already – lots of people are making some alternative choices. They have to die sooner or later.

Changing the infrastructure and creating local meaningful businesses to serve our local population at least in our neighborhood, bake our local bread, make cheese, open a small restaurant serving fresh food from a local farmer, make clothing, building small local schools etc,. —–it is the key to get things our best way, get rid of the bloody dependency on “big” manipulators. , and their super centralized shopping malls . Again, they have made us mindlessly NEEDY, but they become NOTHING if we change our minds.

Otherwise, What is going to happened to our planet if everyone would have a gas powered car, getting stuck on the roads for hours, driving to the super-centralized cookie-cutter-shopping malls, supermarkets or taking kids to schools?

Unfortunately, we, Consumers, give them all that Power…. because we are stuck in our horrific infrastructures, recycling mode of life and mentality. I just said – Consumers always have a choice to obey the monsters, or to take control over them without any fights or even discussions! Just start producing and buying alternative products. Make your life more exciting, more intelligent.

Having no clues about how our minds really perceive and digest what they perceive into our thoughts and ideas, we have no possibility to really evolve our old recycling for thousands of years mentality, culture, sciences, concepts, beliefs and ethics.
The most critical mistake we keep making is that we believe that we can see and even fairly judge the external world and other living forms based on what our very limited minds perceive. Throughout history the most outstanding thinkers/philosophers could not find any workable idea for solving our human ignorance. Our education is endlessly poor to the present day, and it is so terrible not because we cannot write correctly, play with math well enough, or cannot punch the keys of our computers fast enough, but because we are not taught that our knowledge is still an illusion. Shall we spend a little more time on finding the answers to why we are so limited in comprehending our reality and the nature of our own existence? What kind of new knowledge can really help us evolve?

REAL ESTATE MARKET IN NEVADA and mass hysteria

We have to STOP “prices-must-hit-the-bottom” mass hysteria in Nevada, and demand Local legislators alone with U.S. Congress to URGENTLY correct OUTDATED appraisers’ regulations that provoke to brainlessly drain billions of our real estate investment into a manmade economic “black hole”. These “appraisals” have created mass hysteria among homeowners who believe that their homes are loosing their “VALUE” and are “upside-down”. While their homes are standing sound and desirable, they keep reducing their sale prices for no real intelligent reason, proving that not their homes are upside-down but their minds are. The real value of the new real estate development in Las Vegas is high, but the price-tags glued onto these beautiful homes by appraisers are out of any proportions and even cannot cover the cost of the building materials from which these homes are built. No one even think that the price of a house shall be based at least on the recent value of the falling dollar… This means that the prices should be already increased just for that reason.
No lenders, brokers, experts, appraisers or media have the rights to manipulate the housing market. Homeowners have to learn about their exclusive right to control their sale prices and REQUEST permanent QUARANTINE For Foreclosures, which means to stop appraisers from comparing their sound standing properties with foreclosures sold next door.
Homeowners have to take responsibility for protecting their own property values, considering an immediate SALE PRICE COORDINATION with a fast declining value of a U.S. dollar, the increasing prices for the building materials, etc,.

Why is this so urgent to stop appraisers from their brainless “job”?

Wondering where is all our real estate investment going, while we are reducing our real estate market prices?

If some thief steals money from you, this money will eventually go back to the economic circulation, (because this money gets somehow spent or reinvested by the thieves themselves). Strangely enough our brainlessly disposed real estate investment cannot go back to ANY kind of economic circulation!! We witness the most outrageous disposal of money in history.

If we follow quiet real estate appraisers doing their routine job disposing our actual multibillion dollar real estate investment into nowhere, we will clearly see how appraisers are bleeding our gigantic economic wound.

A good doctor would stop his patient from bleeding, BEFORE giving him some blood infusion. This means that until we stop appraisers from “comparing” our sound-standing homes with foreclosures sold next door, and patch our real estate financial wound, NO bailouts, stimulus packages, short-sales, refinancing, or any efforts to fix the crooked lending institution can really help our economy.

Moreover, the homeowners rights are ultimately violated not only by crooked lenders, but by the quiet appraisers who keep disposing property owner actual investment, destroying the whole market, including the crippled lending institution.
